Thank you for your comment. I am glad to be of help. I hope you are able to find the fresh Okra in AZ. By the way, Okra grows in hot climates so I hope it is not too hard for you to find it there. Try some Indian stores if you cannot get it anywhere else. Ask for it either by the name of &quot;ladies finger&quot; or Okra. They might be able to get you fresh Okra.

		<description>I live in Arizona, where it can be difficult to find certain fresh veggies. But, I’m now on a quest to find fresh okra and try the dish featured in this article! It sounds delicious, and I’m happy to see that okra can support the probiotics I take daily to encourage intestinal and immune health. I know there are fiber options out there from a supplement source, but I prefer to try and get as much fiber as I can from natural, whole food sources. Thanks so much for your attention to okra and the creative, simple recipe!
